The TRCS provides counselling services for any adult who may have a mental health issue, whether temporary or chronic in nature, and is also receiving medical assistance or is referred by a doctor.  Counselling is also available for any family member of a person with a mental health or addiction related issue.

A mental health or addiction issue will begin to interfere and cause conflict and distancing in one's relationships at home long before it impacts a person's workplace.  If you have a mental health issue such as depression, anxiety, or an addiction problem or have a loved one with an addiction problem, counselling services are available to you.

The TRCS provides counselling services for the women of our community and to especially support those who may be in violent relationships.  Our Women's Counsellor is available to address these issues and support women in building self-fulfilling and productive lives.  To find out more information, drop by our office. 

The Safe House Program is a free and confidential emergency shelter program for women and their children in crisis who are physically, emotionally or sexually abused by their spouses.

Our Counselling Office provides special services to children and youth and family counselling services.  Support and help is available to families where there is child-parent conflict, difficulties with discipline, or other struggles as a family.
